those are approved by Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC). Leading to B.Sc in Nursing (Basic) & 2 Years B.Sc in Nursing (Post Basic) degree of the Rajshahi University.
Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC), Dhaka prepares the curriculum and University of Rajshahi conducts examination according to this curriculum and offers B.Sc in nursing degree after passing final examination.

Duration of Training
Diploma & B.Sc. in Nursing:
There should be a minimum period of three/four years of education. A student must pass the prescribed prerequisite course, if any to be able to study in a specific higher level course. At the end of the programs, the student is required to take the BNMC comprehensive examination for certification and licensing as a registered nurse.
Medium of Instruction :
English language is used as a medium of instruction with supplemental Bangla language, as necessary.
Clinical Practice
During the course there is considerable emphasis on relevant clinical skills to meet the needs of a changing profession and community expectations. During the training period, all students will be specially trained at our own 750 Bedded Hospital facilities at Rangpur Community Medical College Hospital (RCMCH), Rangpur with Medicine, Surgery, Obs. & Gynae, Ortho, ENT, Ophthalmology, ICU, NICU, CCU, Psychiatry & other departments a part from educational institutes, RCMCH is a prominent name in the health city sector of Bangladesh.
